Agaia Patch 1.3 - Hotfix 1
In this update, we are going to fix some issues that came out after the newly released 1.3 patch, aswell as deplying a couple of PvP adjustments based off community feedbacks.

Dungeon Changes
Ace Dungeons
- Fixed an issue where all Ace Dungeons bosses were awarding old content gearing materials
Azart Hatchery
- Adjusted entry limit from 2 per character to 6 per account
- Fixed an issue where players would not get teleported out at the end of the dungeon
Bahaar (HM)
- Fixed an issue where players would be teleported at Phase 1 area rather than Phase 2 upon teleporting in the dungeon
Ghillieglade
- Reduced Dominolith and Banyakas HP by 50%
Shattered Fleet
Barbosa
- Reduced Unstable Sorcerer HP by 50%
- No longer untargetable during certain jump attacks
Lumikan's Dream (Hard)
- Fixed an issue where the dungeon was set to require higher ilvl than intended
Class Changes
Berserker (DPS)
While a nerf was necessary, the deployed one turned to be a bit too much. Despite it being too early into the patch, we are going to partially revert it already, while keeping an eye to the class performance
Global
- Increased damage by 4%
Warrior
We received a late feedback about Blade Dancer builds being too inconsistent due to its drawback of reducing Rain of Blows damage. We are going to adjust the talisman to make it less affected by not getting Blade Draw resets
Blade Dancer
- Reduced max stacks of Rain of Blows malus from 10 to 2
Sorcerer (PvP)
This is going to be mainly a PvP focused adjustment. We noticed the passive "Enhanced Meteor Strike" has not been working. After some investigations, it came out this passive stopped working in patch 48 (Sorcerer Revamp), which changed Fireblast into Meteor Strike. We are going to fix this issue, aswell as making this passive also work for Implosion, to make this ultimate ability feel more rewarding to use.
Enhanced Meteor Strike (Passive)
- Fixed an issue where this passive would not prevent Meteor Strike from splitting damage
- Now also prevents Implosion from splitting damage
Gunner (PvP)
We received some feedbacks about gunner feeling a bit underwhelming in battlegrounds. We are going to increase the damage of their main skill.
Arcane Barrage
- Increased PvP damage in battlegrounds by 10%
PvP changes
Civil Unrest
When changing the Civil Unrest start time, our goal was to have it start at the same time as prior the DST time change. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding and turned out Civil Unrest start time was not in need to be adjusted, unlike the Argentus BAM. We are going to revert the adjustment made to Civil Unrest start time.
- Reverted a previous adjustment which delayed Civil Unrest opening and start time by 1 hour. Civil Unrest will now open on sundays at 15.00 UTC
Shore Hold
We received some feedbacks regarding damage in Shore Hold feeling a bit too high on Healer's side. We believe this is caused by buffs stacking leading to have a very high increase on damage. As conseguence, we will slightly reduce the strength provided by the "Red Buff", while still keeping it a rewarding objective to gain for the player last-hitting it. A reminder that these buffs spawn near each team base every 3 minutes: fight for them!
Red Buff
- Reduced damage increase from +30% to +20%
Gear Changes
Given the feedback we have received we made some (small), but we believe in the right direction, adjustements to the gearing progress;

Gearing will be less centered around late levels ( lower enchanting costs on later enchant levels )

Gearing will overall be faster ( 7% faster for T1 and T2, tiny % faster for T3 )

T1 Dungeons ( especially Corrupt Dust ) have been adjusted so their loot is slightly more rewarding

- We will keep a close eye at the progression speed and player satisfaction and plan our future steps accordingly
Other Changes
- Added Silver Talents, Siglos and Plates to all dungeon vanguards
- Fixed an issue where Guardian credits weren't properly calculated
- Fixed an issue where Ninja Tier 1 weapon would not gain increased Magical Amplification on enchant
- Fixed an issue where it was possible to equip multiple Specialized Bash Valkyrie Talismans
- Fixed an issue where Adaptive Strategy Archer Talisman would not apply the increase on charge speed properly
- Fixed an issue where Item EXP tomes weren't available to some starting characters
