Agaia Patch 1.4.2.

Welcome to Agaia Online Patch 1.4.2. We apologize for our lack of communication. It hasn't been good, but we've been working towards this patch and the following ones. We appreciate your patience, and hope you will enjoy these adjustments.

Table of Contents

  1. Events
  2. Dungeon Changes
  3. Gearing Adjustments
  4. Dyad System
  5. Class Changes
  6. Other Changes

Events

  • Valentine event has been terminated. Thank you for participating!
    • Dungeons won't drop Valentine event items anymore
    • You will still be able to spend your event tokens to purchase items from the NPC for some additional time
    • It is now possible to purchase Valentine Gifts with the event tokens

Dungeon Changes

New Dungeons

  • Antaroth's Abyss, Antaroth's Abyss (Hard) and The Plexus (Hard) are now available
  • Antaroth's Abyss (Hard) and The Plexus (Hard) leaderboards are now open

Low tier dungeons

Added AAN and KG to the dungeons that get boosts as the fight time goes on

Crimson Killing Grounds

We believe the difficulty of this dungeon was a step above others in the similar tier. We're buffing the loot to reward players for the extra effort required

  • Greatly increased drop rate of jewelries and amount gearing materials

Sanctum of the Fire God

For the same reason as the CKG loot buff, we've increased the loot here as well

  • Greatly increased drop rate of jewelries and amount of gearing materials

Withering Dreadspire

With the introduction of The Plexus (Hard) that will also drop the 1.6 crit passive mount, we are buffing its drop rate in Dreadspire to better match the effort

  • Increased drop rate for Storm Skill: Mighty Shandra Manaya (Permanent) upon defeating Withered Shandra Manaya

Forbidden Arena: Nightmare Undying Warlord

Due to player's request, the Nightmare Undying Warlord is not going to leave longside the Valentine Events. We are going to apply an adjustment to the dungeon, as its missing resistances were favoring some classes more than others. This adjustment aims to keep a similar fight time.

  • Added the missing Physical/Magical Resistance
  • Reduced max HP by 15%

Antaroth's Abyss (Hard)

Besides the usual loot, this dungeon features some exclusive cosmetics

  • Dragon Costume Bundle: Enraged Antaroth
  • Dragon Costume Bundle: Calm Antaroth

The Plexus (Hard)

  • Has a chance to drop Storm Skill: Mighty Shandra Manaya (Permanent)

Gearing Adjustments

With the continued progression shift towards new jewelries and Vyrsks, we are once again aiming to reduce the grind required to obtain max gear

  • Ascended and Sovereign Gear materials are now tradeable
  • Greatly increased sovereign gear materials on top tier dungeons

Jewelries

Sovereign Rings

  • It's now possible to add a new stat option to Wrathful Rings, turning them into Cataclysmic Rings, through the use of Option Boost Scroll
  • Option Boost Scrolls are available from top tier dungeons
  • It's possible to reroll Cataclysmic Rings stats by using a Cataclysmic Ring reroll scroll, which is obtainable by dismantling Cataclysmic Rings or converting Wrathful Ring reroll scrolls, at a ratio of 2:1, through the usage of a Sovereign Conversion scroll, available at the Merchants
  • It is possible to lock your desired stats by using Sovereign Gems

Sovereign Earrings

  • Two new sets of Wrathful Earrings are available. They work exactly the same way as Wrathful Rings
  • It is possible to obtain them from any dungeon. The higher the dungeon tier, the higher the drop chance

Dyad System

In this update, we are releasing new Dyad Vyrsks. It is possible to obtain them by fusing regular Succoring, Powerful, Keen or Swift Vyrsks with a Dyad Vyrsk Structure or a Smart Dyad Vyrsk Structure. These new Dyad Vyrsks have slightly stronger stats and allow players to customize their stats even further. It is possible to obtain Dyad Vyrsk Structures from any dungeon. The higher the dungeon tier, the higher the drop chance

Class Changes

In this update, we are going to push a system to allow players to play without talismans, as well as tuning down Brawler and Warrior tanks, which proved to be overperforming with our latest tanks adjustments

Talisman-less Gameplay

When we introduced talismans, we knew we'd want to make it viable to play without them too. We're aware the balance will probably miss the mark at the start, but we will tackle that issue in the following days, once we get more data

  • Increased damage when playing without talismans
    • This increase is class-specific

Brawler (Tank)

Rhythmic Blows

  • Internal Wounds Debuff reduced from 17% to 14%

Warrior (Tank)

Deadly Gamble

  • Decreased damage buff to party members from 10% to 7%

Gunner

Bombardment

  • Reduced cooldown by 5 seconds

Other Changes

  • Added the missing items from the starter gear (Mask, Innerwear and Relic/Halidom Tokens)
  • Corrected the text displayed when rerolling ring stats
  • Fixed some missing achievements, and ones that couldn't be achieved
