Version 1.6.0 - Agaia Online 1.6.0
Agaia Patch 1.6
Welcome to Agaia Online Patch 1.6. We have seen a lot of new players joining in and trying out our server, and we are very happy to see you playing! In this update we are going to refresh the gear progression, aswell as rotating some dungeons which were open for too long, a new custom dungeon and a Halloween event.
Table of Contents
PvE Equipment & Gearing
We are going to release an upgrade for Belt, Brooch and Mask, as these pieces are the oldest among the current gear pieces. The system around them will work similarly as the Relics and Halidoms
- A new set of accessories has been released: Eclipse Belt, Brooch and Mask
- Each piece has 4 RNG stat lines, containing either Amplification, Crit Power or Resistances
- The mask has one additional RNG line, which can only roll CDR, Power, Normal Crit Power or Crit Factor
- Note: this does not mean you can have extra CDR: this is just a way to re-introduce Energetic, Pumped, Bitter and Keen masks
- The mask has one additional RNG line, which can only roll CDR, Power, Normal Crit Power or Crit Factor
- These stats can be rerolled with specific Eclipse Reroll Scrolls, and the desired stats can be kept with Eclipse Gems
- These new items can be obtained in 495 and 496 ilvl dungeons:
- Each of the 496 dungeons will be specialized in rewarding one of the new pices guaranteed
- Each of the NEWLY ADDED 495 dungeons will be specialized in a chance of rewarding one of the new pieces
- The Abscess (Hard) has a chance to reward one of any of the new items (lower chance for Brooch)
- The Wonderholme (Hard) has a chance to reward one of each of the new items (lower chance for Brooch)
- Each piece has 4 RNG stat lines, containing either Amplification, Crit Power or Resistances
Dungeon Changes
Antaroth's Abyss (Hard), Manaya's Core (Hard) and Crimson Killing Grounds have been open for quite a while, and were kept around even for our summer update. We are going to rotate these dungeons, aswell as releasing a new custom reworked dungeon. A more complete dungeon rotation will be applied in the next update
-
The following dungeons and their leaderboards close their doors
- [495] Antaroth's Abyss (Hard)
- [495] Manaya's Core (Hard)
- [495] Crimson Killing Grounds
-
The following dungeons and their leaderboards open their doors
- [496] Lachelith's Hall
- [495] Sanctuary Ruins (Hard)
- [495] Grotto of the Lost Souls (Hard)
- [495] Gossamer's Vault (Hard)
Dev Note: As already mentioned with the release of Wonderholme, all newly released dungeons will have their HP pool lower than old releases, but higher defense. You can expect a DPS similar as in Wonderholme, about 10 times lower than in older dungeons, but fight time will stay as intended
- Increased drop rate of Peridot designs in all dungeons
About Lachelith's Hall
Hello everyone, Shira writing here! I'll steal this section of the Patch Notes to briefly talk about this new dungeon. Lachelith's Hall is a reworked version of Ruinous Manor (Hard), which features a fight directly against Lachelith. I've been working on this dungeon rework for quite a while, but I wanted to wait for the hype of a certain server to calm down before finishing and releasing it. The fight features reworked mechanics and new attack patterns, hopefully making it as exciting as possible for whoever wants to challenge Lachelith. I'll accept any feedback around it, both positive and negative (hopefully there won't be any negative feedbacks about it, though). Don't let your eyes deceive you while fighting Revivified Lachelith.
Sanctum of the Fire God
We are going to apply some adjustments to Bahaar, which should make excessive facetanking of its supposedly heavy attacks more punishing, aswell as applying some fixes to its final mechanic, the timer system and reducing the speed of its swipes, to make them not too punishing for high ping players.
- Bahaar's Final Wrath at 10% is now completely forced and can no longer be delayed by any other attack, included ress baits
- When the 7 minutes timer runs out, Bahaar will now interrupt any attack he is currently casting, including Final Wrath, to cast his ultimate attack. He will also increase his endurance by 10 times
- Bahaar Hammer Slams, both front and back variants, during enrage will now make players bleed on hit, making them lose 7.5% of their max HP and 2.5% of their max MP every 2 seconds and reducing healing received by 20% for 20 seconds. This effect is not cleansable
- Reduced the speed of swipes during the Shield Mechanic by 10%
Class Changes
To match the adjustments to dungeons HP/DEF, we are going to reduce the Amplification scaling of some poison skills, to prevent a poison meta to appear in specific dungeons, aswell as applying some adjustments to Gunner
Archer
Poison Arrow
- Reduced periodic damage Amplification scaling by 10 times
Gunner
We received reports about CDR gunner builds being far stronger than Enrage gunner builds. We are going to rework the Modular Weapon System CDR roll to match the damage of Enrage builds, aswell as rebalancing talismans vs talismanless builds.
Global
- Increased damage by 1%
Talismanless
- Reduced damage by 1%
Modular Weapon System (Eclise Chest roll)
- [Reworked] Reduce damage during Modular Weapon System by 11%, but its cooldown is reduced by 9 seconds on a successful hit of Obliteration
Arcane Splash Damage
The adjustment listed above is effectively a nerf to Gunner's strongest build, which is already still lagging behind the top classes. We are going to adjust Arcane Splash spawn chances to give the class more consistancy, which should improve also its DPS
- Increased Arcane Splash spawn chance on Burst Fire hit by 5%
- Increased Arcane Splash spawn chance on Mana Missiles hit by 10%
- Increased Arcane Splash spawn chance on Scattershot hit by 10%
- A new Arcane Splash now spawns replacing the oldest one spawned when reaching the Arcane Splash max spawn count
Mystic
Volley of Curses
- Reduced periodic damage Amplification scaling by 10 times
Warrior
Poison Blade
- Reduced periodic damage Amplification Scaling by 10 times
Events
While lasts year we couldn't run any Halloween event due to team issues and the old Winter Patch preparations, this year we prepared an Halloween event hosted in both Harvest Festival Hall and Hollowmare, our brand new map
- Harvest Festivall Hall is now open
- You can access the hall through Titiana in the Eldritch Academy or through Instance Matchmaking
- You can access the hall 3 times a day per character
